The 650-700 cc V-Twin engine made by Kawasaki Motors and installed in the flagship Kawasaki's, Arctic Cats and Suzuki's is so powerful that in stock form it has been detuned at the factory, at low rpm, so it will be more docile for inexperienced riders.
