Shipping & Handling Policy:
Yasky ATV ships to the Continental United States, Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii. Shipping promotions only apply to the Continental United States. Unless selected by a customer, UPS ground is our standard shipping method to allowed areas. The Yasky ATV website directly communicates with UPS and the USPS to calculate shipping charges from zip code 39180. Yasky ATV can reduce its’ shipping cost, by shipping items from multiple locations, to provide a faster delivery time. When this takes place, the customer shipping charge will not increase for receiving the items quicker; however, Yasky ATV will not issue a refund for the difference of what we saved. When an order is placed, in stock items are shipped the same day or with in 24 hrs. Out of stock items are shipped within three (3) working days. Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are non-shipping days.

Discontinued Products:
From time to time manufacturers and/or suppliers discontinue items from their product lines without notice to Yasky ATV Accessories. When this occurs Yasky ATV Accessories cannot fulfill your orders, even though the item is still listed on the web site as being available.

Return Policy:
We make no warranty whether expressed or implied for the quality or application of any of the merchandise we market. Issues that do arise should be resolved with the manufacturer. If a product comes with a warranty registration card, it should be filled out and sent in. All of the products sold through this website are returnable only if the wrong item was sent as a Yasky ATV mistake or a manufacturer's defect occurred. It is then that you will be supplied with the correct item in exchange. There is a 25% restocking fee for return of merchandise that is not our mistake. You, the customer, must make arrangements to return any merchandise. We do not reimburse anyone for return shipping fees. Special ordered items are not returnable under any circumstances. All shipments are insured. Inspection of shipped merchandise is the customer’s responsibility. If merchandise is damaged when you receive it, you must make your claim to the shipping company. Items that are eligible for return must have a return number. Contact a customer service representative to acquire this number.
